Return Policy

A full 60-day return policy is granted for items purchased in our webshop.

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your product, you will receive a refund. This includes 60 days from the date you receive the product.

Within these 60 days, notification must be given by email to kristian@newnordictime.dk if you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal.

We also cover return costs, so you run NO risk when trying our products.

The customer does not lose their right of withdrawal, even if the item has been damaged or diminished in value because it has been used.

Our refund policy focuses on the customer, as we live and breathe to have happy customers!
