Prices

At Kettner Film all prices are in Danish kroner and include VAT and taxes. We reserve the right to change prices from day to day without prior consent. We reserve the right for items being out of stock.

Payment

Kettner Film accepts payment with VISA-Dankort, VISA, VISA Electron, Mastercard, PayPal, MobilePay. Payment will only be debited from your account when the item is shipped. All amounts are in DKK (Danish kroner) and include VAT. We reserve the right for pricing errors and sold-out/discontinued items.

Delivery

Kettner Film aims to dispatch orders placed before 5 PM on the same day; orders placed thereafter will be sent on the next working day.
We ship throughout Denmark. Shipping fees start from DKK 35. Goods will be delivered to the delivery address specified during the order.
We do not deliver abroad, to the Faroe Islands, or to Greenland.
Your items will be shipped with Post Nord or GLS.
NOTE: If there is no space at the pick-up point, the package will be moved to the nearest pick-up point, and you will be notified. If problems arise, please contact customer service.
Deliveries are made on all weekdays. Your item will be delivered 1-3 business days after the order.
For certain items, special delivery terms apply. These terms will be specifically stated before the purchase of such items.

Right to complain

A 2-year right to complain is granted in accordance with the Danish Sale of Goods Act. Our right to complain applies to defects in material and/or manufacturing. You can have the item repaired, exchanged, receive a refund, or a price reduction, depending on the specific situation. The complaint does not cover errors or damage caused by incorrect handling of the product/service. You must complain within a "reasonable time" after discovering the defect/error. Kettner Film will cover return costs to a reasonable extent.

Refunds

If a refund is due, please include bank details (sort code and account number) so that the agreed amount can be transferred. This information can be provided safely via email or other electronic form, as it is not sensitive information and will only be used for the purpose of processing your refund.

Right of Withdrawal

A 14-day full right of return is granted for items purchased in our webshop.

The period is calculated from the day;
- You receive the order.
- You physically take possession of the last item when it concerns an agreement on several different items, ordered in one order, but delivered individually or in multiple stages.
- You physically take possession of the last lot, or last part, when it concerns an agreement for the delivery of goods consisting of several lots/parts.
- You physically take possession of the first item when it concerns regular delivery of goods over a specific period.
You must cover the return costs yourself.
Withdrawal must be notified to us no later than 14 days after purchase, and you must return the shipment no later than 14 days after withdrawal. The notification must be sent via email to . In the notification, you must clearly state that you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal. If you wish to return the item to us, you must fill out the enclosed Return Form and send the item to:

You cannot withdraw by simply refusing to accept the item without also giving clear notification of this.

 

Items excluded from the right of withdrawal

The following types of goods are not covered by the right of withdrawal:
- Goods made to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalized.
- Sealed goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons and where the seal has been broken after delivery.
- Goods which, due to their nature, become inseparably mixed with other items upon delivery.
- Goods where the seal has been broken.
- Non-financial services that have been fully performed, if the performance of the service began with the consumer's prior express consent and acknowledgment that the right of withdrawal would be lost once the service was fully performed.
- Delivery of digital content not supplied on a tangible medium, if the performance has begun with the consumer's prior express consent and acknowledgment that thereby the right of withdrawal would be lost.
- Newspapers, periodicals, or magazines, excluding subscription contracts for such publications.
- Contracts concluded at a public auction.
- Goods that deteriorate or expire rapidly.

Returns

You must return your order without undue delay and no later than 14 days after exercising your right of withdrawal. You must cover the direct costs associated with returning the item. When returning, you are responsible for ensuring that the item is properly packaged. You must enclose a copy of the order confirmation. Processing will be faster if you also fill out and include our Return Form.
You bear the risk for the item from the time of its delivery until we have received it back.
We do not accept packages sent cash on delivery.

Condition of the item upon return

You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods. In other words, you can try the item as if you were trying it in a physical store.

If the item has been tried more than described above, it is considered used. This means that upon withdrawal from the purchase, you will only receive a part or none of the purchase amount back, depending on the commercial value of the item at the time of receipt of the return. To receive the full purchase amount back, you must therefore test the item without actually putting it into use.

Refunds

If you regret your purchase, you will, of course, receive the amount you paid us back.
In the event of a diminished value for which you are liable, this will be deducted from the purchase amount.
When exercising the right of withdrawal, all payments received from you, including delivery costs (excluding additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the cheapest standard delivery we offer), will be refunded without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the date we received notification of your decision to exercise the right of withdrawal. The refund will be made using the same means of payment as you used for the original transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise.
We may withhold the refund until we have received the item back, or you have provided documentation that you have returned it, whichever is the earliest.
